All team sessions are in Langley, BC

Practices, dryland and games are weekday afternoon and early evenings or weekends
SHA travels to Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary during 2025-2026 season

Includes three travel trips where all player expenses are covered. Including flights, two players per hotel room, restaurant and banquet catered meals
